An exploration of cultural hybridity through an intense investigation of colour.
The forming and reforming of hybrid cultural identity. Journey lines explore cultural associations with colour through a unique personal journey of identity. Through an investigation of colour, emotion, memory and past, the tension between soft and hard is expressed through movement and stasis. Inspired by third culture kids and the unique blending of multiple cultures and hybrid identities that constantly form new perspectives, identities and ideas.
